Sustainable Architect Wales

Peter Holden came back to Wales from London in 1980 with the dream of forming a new, design led sustainable architect practice in West Wales.

We moved to new premises in 1992. These premises were originally an undertakers workshop next to the mill pond in Pembroke. After converting this building it was commended in the 'Green Building of the Year Award' 1993. Our aim was to provide a healthy working environment, that is stimulating and relaxing for staff and clients alike and this is something that the design achieved.

Our sustainable architects Linda Jones and Robyn Cumine are both qualified code for sustainable home assessors and Alex is a registered SAP assessor.

The practice is the Welsh representative member of Acanthus Associated Architectural Practices Ltd., a national group of firms committed to excellence in Architecture and the conservation of the environment.
