Location - Little Haven, Pembrokeshire Coast National Park

The project involved a small housing development in a sensitive location within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The site had previously defined from an outline planning permission but this had expired. A reserved matters application had been refused on design and landscape grounds. Planning policy did not support development, but there was a historical degree of support for the scheme.

Using our combined planning and architectural skills we prepared a revised design and landscape scheme and submitted the application.

We also prepared the code for Sustainable Homes pre-assessments. The application was approved at the committee and we have also been involved in the formulation of the 106 Agreement.
