Neyland Community Changing Facility

Client – Pembrokeshire County Council

Contract Value – £450,000

Location – Neyland

Commission – Design & Build

Neyland community has a long sporting history, producing excellent sporting individuals and teams since 1887. The current 1950’s facilities are now out-dated in both terms of design and function.

The proposed Neyland Community facility will replace the existing swimming pool, changing rooms and grandstand to provide multi-use changing and gym facilities for rugby, football, cricket, bowling etc. associated with Neyland Athletics Club. The new facility will reflect the context of the adjacent site by replicating the architectural style and materials of the new primary school. The design will provide a more attractive and accessible sports building for Neyland, scheduled to be completed in 2014.
