Location – North Pembrokeshire
This project involved providing a master plan for a residential development on an 18 hectare site in north Pembrokeshire for a private client. The site has a complicated planning history and also a number of significant constraints.
The local character of the area and local housing market conditions influenced proposals for between 340 and 450 dwellings on the site as well as a retail unit.
Considerations included plot size and local demand, affordable housing requirements, highways considerations and ecology issues.
