The office was responsible for the design and management of the construction to enable the conversion of a redundant agricultural stone barn into a 3-bed holiday unit set within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park with views over Cardigan Bay. Post war, many Pembrokeshire barns were re-roofed in vaulted corrugated steel, borrowed from the adjacent WW2 airfield. The conversion replicates the vaulted roof and introduces two timber-clad extensions to provide porch and day room with ‘picture’ windows. The project was completed in 2013.
